Pennsylvania Governor's School for the Arts, Sculpture Class

Our first project was a relief sculpture, and one of the materials we had to work with was wood--specifically, big boxes of odd scraps. There were tons of these really fancy looking pieces, and I found a few of the nicer ones and discovered that together, they were a wave. I found some more that were clouds and stars and such, so it became a nighttime ocean scene.
