In recent years, my doodles have gotten infinitely more complex--instead of doing one little picture in one or two days, I'll take an entire semester to work on one of these designs. The detail takes forever and the composition is actually very much planned and basically what makes these little drawings. This was from the fall semester of my junior year at Bard, and the best I had done up to that point.
