This is based on a dream I had quite a while ago. The water is actually raised above the road, as though by an invisible wall, and the streams flow diagonally across the flat face of the hill as though gravity doesn't exist. I don't know if it's humanly possible to duplicate the color and the sparkling brilliance of the water.
