It was actually my mom who was taking this pottery class, and my mom who made this bowl, but every once in a while I'd come visit her pottery class. On those occassions she might give me something of hers to glaze, just to give me something to do if she had too much on her plate or perhaps didn't have any specific ideas for a particular piece. This was one such occassion, and it turned out beautifully; our first Mother-Daughter collaboration.
